Beginner Rider
Classification of a beginner rider would have a number of these questions that you might agree with and if so our recommendations to HELP you take the next step in you’re cycling fitness.
Had a bike awhile but have not been riding much
I do 1 or 2 small 30km rides a week
I really struggle on hills so i always try to stick to flat rides
I'm a bit nervous on the roads with all the traffic
I would like to learn more confidence on the bike I get worried if there is a few of us ridding together
I prefer to ride outside don’t really know much about training indoors and what the benefits
I'm sure there may be many other questions you have however if this is where you feel you are then here are some options that Ride Inside can assist you with.
As a beginner we would recommend a professional bike fit this will examine your technique deal with any soreness you may have (if any) or prevent any from occurring and this is a cost of $75 all your measurements are recorded for future reference and we video your technique.
