Intermediate Rider
As an Intermediate rider some of the below questions will mean that this is where you are and what you need to do to get more, enjoyment, fitness or a plan to step up to an advanced rider.
I train a few times a week but I struggle to keep up with some of my friends
I cant seem to lose any weight but I'm riding nearly 100km a week.
My back and neck get sore when I do long rides
I wish I have better leg speed when the bunch gets quicker I just drop off the back.
I don’t really understand the gears and what one I should be in.
Every time I get to a hill I just struggle like crazy and am so out of breath when I get to the top
