Sports Fitness Testing
ride inside offers fitness testing for all types of sports on all types of fitness equipment, no matter if you're a cyclist, rower, runner or just starting your weight loss plan on home gym equipment. We can run you through testing that will tell you your current optimal heart rate zones and provide you with recommendations. These recommendations ensure that your fitness plan will assist with your overall objectives, maximizing the effort you put into your training.
A detailed report is supplied after the testing. Our thorough testing takes approximately 50 minutes.

We offer a weekly or monthly training program that assists with your training plan. It is recommended that these fitness tests are repeated every 4 weeks as your fitness improves, to make sure the intensity of your training is adjusted accordingly. If the intensity of your training isn't sufficiently adjusted, you risk your fitness level staying constant, meaning you making very little improvement. Consistent testing over 4 weeks takes the guesswork out of your training, as you can track your fitness level and any changes required in your program will become apparent.
