I also need to say a very big thank you, regardless of how my Melbourne Ironman goes, your training has gotten me into a much better place than I thought possible with the limited amount of time. I am generally felling fitter now than I did 10 years ago when I was doing 7 sessions a week in the old style of long hard sessions.

RideInside is without doubt the best way to train away from a social cycling group. Within a few weeks you will notice the difference and soon be able to make the other riders who were previously at your level question their own strength and ability on weekend rides. For the most noticeable results I suggest not telling anybody about the sessions until you get approximately one month's head start.

Ride inside is the place to learn and develop good cycling techniques which become second nature when you are out on the road.
For the Ride West events I have participated in 2014 & 2015 (1,300klm rides), Ride Inside was the base for my training, building up my core strength and endurance. Although the events were not easy, I would not have completed the rides and enjoyed the rides without the benefits achieved at Ride Inside.
Ride Inside provides alternative training such as Brick Sessions - excellent for triathletes - after a couple of Brick Sessions your transition timing will reduce considerably and your overall times on the ride and run legs will improve.
All in all Ride Inside should be a cyclist / triathletes core training base.

Ride Inside has directly contributed to some of my personal goals as an athlete over the last two years. The 'positive thing' that came out of being hit by a car on an early morning training ride in 2013 was finding out about these guys.... I can now achieve my goals with no excuses (wet, dark, cold!) and safely. Brendon has also taught me a lot personally about cycling and helped me become a much stronger cyclist, competing in ITU Age Group World Championships in Canada in 2014 and recently qualifying for Ironman 70.3 World Championships to be held in Austria in August 2015.

Ride inside is an awesome. The coaches are extremely helpful and inclusive to anyone of any ability. The knowledge and experience of the coaches is second to none and they practice what they preach.
The technology, heart rate and VO2 tracking is enormously beneficial and is a must to take full advantage of your training.
I am not a natural athlete, but the patience and dedication of the coaching team is something that cannot be measured.
