
Tri Rider Program this package caters for people wanting to get more out of their TRI experience, perhaps you are new to triathlon's and are looking to learn cycling skills, turn around witch's hats with confidence, clip in and out at transition points, how to adapt after the swim and of coarse preparing yourself for the run off the bike.
- What we can offer you is:
- Indoor coached sessions AM classes available
- 1 on 1 coaching on your running technique
- *outdoor training rides and skills sessions will be available and will be shown in your membership login area as scheduled sessions or notification via facebook www.facebook.com/rideinside
- *all running sessions will cater for all levels and will vary in distance, and at times may be skill specific
- one on one catch up with your mentor and coach
- A weekly program that you will recieve each week outling a training plan for the coming week.
